In may of this year I called to buy an oil change kit. They said we will leave it by the service door. I live in Alpena and drove over to do business with you. Got there and had to call to find out where the service door was. Front or back. He should have said out back when I bought. Found my bag and no oil filter in it. The bag next to it had one so I took it. Half hour later service called chastising me for taking the bag with the oil filter in it.listened to he talking to me like I was a little kid and had enough and yelled back at him. He said I didn't want an oil filter. Of course that is stupid because he asked me what color filter I wanted and I said black. Who changes her oil and not the oil filter. He messed up and got aggressive me . Who is the customer. I was so mad at him. why I took the other bag and that was for someone else. What would you think if you bought a kit and there was not one in the bag but the other one had one. So I pulled over after his call and looked in the box and it was chrome. Called him back and said I would bring it back and I need a black one. Wasted time. Point is he messed up and blamed me. I will not be buying another kit from you but will purchase off the hd website like I normally do. keep pissing customers off like this and you will be out of business because they will all start purchasing their stuff off the website instead of dealing with assholes like this guy was.there is a skinnier guy that works in service and it was not him I think it was the fat bald guy. My mom had purchased me a zips card to use and I told her not to buy another one if she wants to buy me a gift card then buy it directly from the Harley-Davidson website because I will not be purchasing anything in your store from now on, and you will not get good word of mouth from me either. I do live an hour and 15 minutes away and I did enjoy going to the store and looking around at things when I come to Gaylord your sales department and cashiers are great.
