Zips has always been my preferred dealership when there was a choice in my area . I have met Mike Z. Personally and wish him all the success in business, with that said, there is always room for improvement. Listen to your customers, pay enough attention , to determine what is most important to them specifically, then strive to met that expectation. Now that Im retired, I winter in Florida, I have found the dealers down there that have to compete to earn your business , and go out of their way to make sure the customer is 100% pleased with their service.
